DINQ Community Guidelines
Welcome to DINQ! Our mission is to empower professionals by providing an intelligent, dynamic platform to build and showcase their careers. To maintain a professional, authentic, and respectful environment, all users (Members and Visitors) must adhere to these Community Guidelines.
1. Authenticity and Integrity
- Real Identity: Use your real name and professional identity. Do not impersonate others or create profiles for anyone other than yourself.
- Honest Representation: Ensure your work experience, education, and achievements are accurate. False or misleading information on your DINQ Card is strictly prohibited.
- Legitimate Opportunities: Recruiters must post genuine career opportunities. Fraudulent job postings or deceptive "get-rich-quick" schemes will be removed immediately.
2. Messaging and Interaction Rules
Our messaging feature is designed for professional networking and career inquiries.
- Harassment: We have zero tolerance for harassment. This includes sending messages that are offensive, abusive, threatening, or sexually explicit.
- Spamming: Do not use the messaging feature to send bulk unsolicited messages, commercial advertisements, or repetitive promotional content.
- Professional Conduct: Keep conversations professional. Do not use messaging for personal solicitations unrelated to professional or career development.
- Link Safety:
- No Phishing: Do not send links to malicious software, phishing sites, or any content designed to steal user credentials.
- External Redirection: Be cautious when clicking external links. DINQ is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by third-party websites accessed via links in messages.
- Emojis and Symbols: Do not use emoji combinations to convey harassing meanings or to bypass our keyword filtering systems.
3. DINQ Card Content (Media and AI)
Your DINQ Card is your professional showcase. When uploading media:
- Intellectual Property: You must own the rights to all images, videos, and music you upload, or have the legal license to use them. Do not post content that infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
- Professionalism: Media must be suitable for a professional setting. Content containing nudity, violence, or sensitive political symbols is strictly prohibited.
- Image Rights: If your photos or videos feature other people, ensure you have obtained their express consent before uploading.
- AI Disclosure: If your profile media (e.g., introduction video) is generated using AI or Deepfake technology, we encourage you to disclose this. Using AI to impersonate real individuals or create deceptive personas is a violation of these terms.
4. Prohibited Technical Actions
- Data Scraping: You may not use bots, crawlers, or other automated methods to access the Services or scrape user profiles and professional data.
- System Interference: Do not attempt to bypass security features, interfere with the operation of the messaging system, or disrupt the Services in any way.
